Styrofoam plates, napkins, and plastic ware included with any of the above menus. Assorted Desserts available upon request. Plus sales tax. Full service available (50 person minimum) $2.50 additional per person includes full buffet set-up with Stainless steel chafing dishes, stenos, table clothes, and cloth buffet table skirting. Servers available at $60.00 each for 4 hour event, $10.00 each additional hour.
